How to Make Meatballs

MATERIAL:
300 GR BEEF OR CHICKEN chopped
3 HR starch (Tapioca FLOUR)
3 FRUIT GARLIC, mashed / 2 SDT ONION POWDER
1 egg, whites only
1 teaspoon baking powder baksonya DEVELOPING TO BE GOOD
1 tsp fine salt
1 MAGGI FRUIT BLOCKS
Pepper powder to taste
NUTMEG powder to taste

PREPARATION:

(Aka. bulb) WITH 2 SMALL FRUIT SPOON.
